UAE Corporate Tax Advisory
End-to-end UAE corporate tax compliance, advisory and co-ordination with the FTA.
Overview
UAE corporate tax (CT) came into effect for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. Generally CT returns are due within 9 months (excepts few cases) of financial year-end, transfer pricing documentation must be in place before filing, free zone entities can lose their 0% beneficial rate if substance and de minimis conditions are not met. Equally, businesses new to UAE operations need to understand what corporate tax means for their specific structure before they set up any businesses.

What we do
Assessment and Setup
Before a business can comply, it needs to understand what it is complying with. We carry out a structured impact assessment that maps the business structure, entity types, revenue streams and inter-company arrangements against the UAE corporate tax framework. The output is a clear picture of the tax position, the applicable rate, any free zone considerations, and the compliance steps required. This is typically the starting point for new-to-UAE businesses and for established businesses that have not yet formally assessed their position.

How we work
Engagements are partner-led and staffed by chartered accountants. We know the Corporate Tax Law, the ministerial and cabinet decisions under it, and how the FTA interprets them in practice, and we apply that directly to your situation rather than working from a standard template.
